Method and assumptions
Figur evaluates arbitrary expressions and graphs up to three functions in a bounded domain. It supports power, square root, sine, cosine, tangent, logarithms, and factorial on finite numbers. Trigonometric inputs can use degrees or radians.
- √x is limited to x ≥ 0 and logarithms to x > 0.
- Tangent is rejected at odd multiples of 90° (degree mode).
- Factorial is limited to whole numbers 0 through 170 to retain finite numeric results.
